Meet Giuseppe Volino who is working as Sustainability Specialist for Region South. This means he is responsible for supporting the companies in the implementation of our sustainability plan.
- What motivates you in your role?
What keeps me motivated is knowing that my work directly impacts our journey to a more sustainable future. Every project, big or small, has its role in helping reduce our environmental footprint, social impact and seeing those results makes it all worthwhile. Plus, working with such a supportive and forward-thinking team means there’s never a dull moment, there’s always a new challenge, and we tackle them with a lot of creativity and laughs along the way.
- Is there something you are especially proud of during you time so far at Lindab?
One of my proudest moments was when we implemented a new way to calculate external transportation that significantly improved our sustainability reporting. It felt like I had just cracked a complex code, and seeing the positive impact of our work was incredibly rewarding.
