Meet Mika Repo, Program and Project Manager in group projects and programs. He has just started a new challenge as Program Manager of Dynamics 365 program, setting up and implement a new business platform across the Lindab Group.
- What do you like best with Lindab?
Our fantastic company culture is really something to value and cherish. For me, it has been much more than just fancy words in annual report; respect, sharing and caring. Nor can I fail to mention all the fantastic down to earth people, with whom I have had the luxury to work during these 15 years. For me, Lindab is more of a family than a company.
- Could you share an achievement that has happened at Lindab?
When we completed a project with introducing and implementing “Lindab standard for manufacturing cost”, I felt like we had really created something that could be called as “part of the company foundation”. It is now used in all Lindab companies with any kind of production activities.
