Oscar Svensson, Sweden
Meet Oscar Svensson who works as a System Developer at our IT Solutions unit in Grevie, Sweden. This means he’s maintaining and developing software for Lindab, primarily working with an interface for our Super Data Base.
- What do you like best about Lindab?
What I like the most about Lindab is that the people here are very grounded. Everyone talks to everyone regardless of where in the company you work. That for me creates a genuinely friendly atmosphere to be in and creates curiosity about other colleagues’ work, no matter what division they belong to.
- Can you share something you are proud of that has happened at Lindab?
I’ve worked both at the factory floor and in the office at Lindab, so there are a lot of fond memories. But if I’m to choose one thing that I am especially proud of it will have to be the first prototype that I developed as a System Developer here at Lindab, and that got approved. It might not sound that exciting, but it was for me, I really felt at home in my new role and that is a feeling you never forget.
