Meet Per Bindesbøl, he started at Lindab in September 2007 in the sales department at Lindab Profil in Jels, Denmark, and in 2020 he started in a new role, as a category manager.
- What do you like best with Lindab?
I like that Lindab is very open and encouraging to the opportunity, for employees to keep educating and learning.
- Can you share something you are proud of that has happened at Lindab?
A little over two years ago, I applied for our internal talent program, and was lucky enough to be admitted. The talent program is a two year program with both mandatory courses, and elective courses, chosen together with the immediate supervisor. It has been two very educational years, which have both given me a lot of knowledge, but also the tools for my new role.
I’m also happy to have been given the role as project manager, on two internal IT projects. A new sales program for our Doorline program, and a new webshop for spare parts sales, also for our Doorline program.
