Lindab Nomination Committee
We hereby announce that the Chairman of the Board, Ulf Gundemark, in accordance with AGM resolutions and following consultation with the company's three largest owners, has appointed a Nomination Committee comprising the following:
- Arne Karlsson, representing Ratos AB (publ), Chairman
- Caroline af Ugglas, representing Skandia Liv
- Marianne Dicander Alexandersson, representing Sjätte AP-fonden
- Ulf Gundemark, Chairman of the Board of Lindab International AB
In accordance with an AGM resolution, the Nomination Committee will evaluate the composition and work of the Board of Directors and will draft proposals for the 2012 AGM regarding:
- Election of a Chairman for the AGM.
- Election of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board
- Fees to Board members, any committees and auditors
- Composition of the Nomination Committee for the 2013 AGM

The company will announce the date for the 2012 AGM when reporting the third quarter of 2011.
Shareholders who wish to submit a proposal for consideration at the AGM should send these to the Chairman of the Board (at the above address) in reasonable time prior to publication of the notice to attend the meeting, which is scheduled for the beginning of April 2012.
