Activities part of the sustainability plan
Our sustainability work consists of activities in many different areas - from increasing knowledge about healthy indoor environments to launching new energy-efficient products, working systematically with safety, reducing the environmental impact of transports, finding new ways to optimise steel usage and how we support the local communities we are part of.

GreenCoat partner for coloured steel
Lindab has been appointed GreenCoat® partner by SSAB. GreenCoat® offers sustainable steel solutions for roofs, facades and rainwater systems. Active sustainability work is one key factor when SSAB selects the companies that meet the criteria.
Local sustainability plans
In 2020, Lindab reviewed its sustainability work and developed a new sustainability plan, under the heading "Lindab - For a better climate". In 2021, the work with the long-term plans will continue with local sustainability plans being developed for each unit in Lindab.
